As a Principal of an elementary school outside of Houston, Texas in Lamar Consolidated ISD, it is my pleasure to find ways to motivate staff. Each Monday, I have an email blast for all staff that has been coined the "Monday Mush," and on Friday we "flush" out of the week with the "Friday Flush." I will keep a catalog of them here...enjoy!
